Impact

"But be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves" - James 1:22  

Impact seeks to help high school students transition from being unsure of who they are, or where they fit in, to being rooted in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our goal is to share Biblical truths with the students and surround them with a community of believers so that they may grow in their faith and even share it with others. At Impact, we aim to build up disciples for the kingdom of God who are passionate about the Lord and the work he has called each one of them to do. Impact is a place where we want students to feel like they can belong, make friends, and grow together.  Impact meets every Monday night from 7 - 8:00 PM. We usually begin the night with a fun time of games, followed by a time of lesson where students can learn more about God’s word. After lesson, we split off into smaller groups where students and leaders can have an in-depth discussion about the lesson and how it applies to them personally. With that, we sometimes like to spend time in worship, praying for one another, eating pizza, or planning a fun theme for a particular night! There is always something fun to do at Impact, it is a place where students can learn and embrace what their faith means to them and how the Lord may be calling them to make an impact on the world.
