What then is Sara-Jean?

What then is Apollos? What is Paul?

Servants through whom you believed, as the Lord assigned to each. I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth…. For we are God's fellow workers.

You are God's field, God's building.

1 Corinthians 3:5-6;8

What then is Sara-Jean?

I have had the privilege to be a servant of God here at Campus Life for the last 11 years. During my time here, God has allowed me to do some planting, watering and harvesting for His kingdom. And again, God is the one who has done all the growing.

When I joined the ministry team years ago, I was picking up where those who God had before me left off. I hope I was faithful in caring for those seeds I did not plant and the ones I did plant. I pray that those who come after me will be faithful to do the same.

Now God is directing my steps to a different field to work, and I hope to be faithful do the work He has called me to do there. Transitions are always hard, but God does His best work in difficult moments (2020 will be proof of that).

One of my greatest joys at Campus Life has been coming alongside and training the next generation of servant leaders, just as those who have gone before me did when I was a teenager at Campus Life. As difficult it is for me to say good bye (because I have not only shared the gospel with you all, but I have shared my life and my family with you all as well), it is time for another to rise up from the next generation to serve at Campus Life. I have no doubt that God will continue to grow His kingdom through the ministry of Campus Life.

Thank you all for the wonderful memories and for how you have loved me and my family for all these years. It truly has been an honor to serve you all!

A servant of Christ,

Sara-Jean Litke
